Custody and banking disclosure
Draft — not yet in force — requires legal and compliance approval
This document is a placeholder drafted for internal review. It is not legal advice, is not final, and does not yet govern any relationship with Black Pool Capital. Final policies will be published before any service becomes available.
Purpose
This document will describe the intended role of the custodian and bank of a future fund, and what it would mean for investors.
Intended scope
It is intended to cover the custodian's and bank's intended roles, how fund assets would be held separately from Black Pool Capital's own assets, and the division of responsibilities.
What remains to be completed
Any custody or banking arrangement is an intended arrangement only. No arrangement is to be represented as agreed; the details will be completed and reviewed only if and when an agreement is in place.
Status
This page is a draft framework prepared for internal review. It is not yet in force, creates no rights or obligations, and requires legal and compliance approval before it is finalised or published as a policy. Nothing here claims any regulatory authorisation, confirms any partner relationship, or sets any fee, and it does not create binding client terms.
Status: draft placeholder. Last updated: not yet published.
