Black Pool Capital is intended to act as the fund's manager, applying its systematic strategies within the fund's documented investment policy.

The future fund is intended to be available to retail investors, not only to professional investors, subject to the applicable rules and eligibility checks.

Fund assets held independently
Fund assets are intended to be held by independent service providers appointed for the fund, separately from Black Pool Capital's own assets.
