Who we are
Black Pool Capital develops the Black Pool Engine — a systematic approach to investment research and portfolio management. Our focus today is technology development and preparing the groundwork for a properly regulated future service.
Our intended model
We intend for investors to invest through a future fund managed by Black Pool Capital, with the fund's assets held by independent service providers and separate from Black Pool Capital's own assets. The structure is still under consideration and is not final. You can read more on the How it works page.
Where we are today
Black Pool Capital does not currently offer regulated investment services and is not accepting investors. We are not making any claim of regulatory authorisation, and we describe only what is true today.
